Questions we get asked
Do I need to be home when you come?
Someone needs to be there to show us what's going and confirm the job, but you won't be doing any lifting. If you can't be there yourself, a neighbor or family member can handle it as long as they can point out what's being removed.
What can't you take?
We don't take hazardous material like paint, chemicals, or asbestos. If we run into something like that on a job, we'll let you know and point you toward how it's supposed to be handled.
How do you figure out the cost?
Cost is based on how much space your junk takes up in the truck and how much it weighs. We look at the job in person before loading anything, so you know what you're dealing with.
Do you only take stuff from the curb, or can you come inside?
We go wherever the junk is. That includes garages, basements, attics, backyards, and inside the house itself.
What happens to everything after you take it?
We sort through what we pick up. Items in good shape go to donation, metal gets recycled, and the rest is taken to the landfill.
Can you clear out a shed or storage unit?
Yes. We empty sheds, storage units, and backyard structures the same way we'd clear out a garage.
